Oh, The Little Blue Engine That Could picture takes me back a lo-o-ong way! You are inspiring me with your C.W. block catch-up. I don't think I will make them all, but I have saved many of them and will do at least a lap quilt to commemorate!
You've got some terrific fabrics in your magic bag! I love the ones you've used in Union Square...it looks like a vintage block. This quilt will be very special when you have it assembled.
You are doing a great job, that is a lot of blocks that you have completed in a short time. I think it would be a lot easier if the directions were better. Like your fabrics in this one, I worked on Union Square last night. One corner is a little wonky (technical term) and will have to fix it and took another one apart because I didn't like one fabric. Not getting ahead that way.
You are doing an amazing job on these blocks. I am saving all the directions but I haven't started them yet. Not sure what I'm waiting for..... I guess I'm trying to avoid ANOTHER new project.
I love Civil War quilts. You are doing a great job and I admire the fact that you are only using what is in your stash. I am going to do that sometime!
