Gift Card Holder

It's almost Mothers Day and I like to give my DD and DDIL a little something... after all they're the mothers of my grandchildren!

Here is one of the "gift card holders" that I made...

....with a pocket on the inside to hold the gift card.

This is the Strippy Charm Pouch that I made the other day.... just I changed some things.  One unintentional change was that I forgot to pin the handle to the bag before I sewed it together.

I also made a reversible coffee cup cozy from the same fabrics for the girls...  my DD likes her coffee and my DDIL likes her hot tea!

I love the internet... such cool tutorials!

  8. Hubby and I have matching Thermos E10500 Travel Mugs. He puts coffee in his, but I use mine for tea. Not wanting the coffee to 'flavor' the tea mug I put a floral cup cozy on mine. Not that the thermos needed one to shield my hand, it works to keep hubby away from it. *smile*

  10. I love the yellow detail on the outside of the pouch. It takes it from ordinary to extordinary. Your DD and DDIL are very lucky women.

Have a Happy Mothers Day. Selina
