I'm at the point where I'm going to have to start sewing blocks together. I'll do a 4x4 set this afternoon so there will be room on the design wall for more blocks.

Very nice! You seam to get loads of piecing done very quickly. Spoiler alert! Well, when I clicked to enlarge the photo, his name showed up in the browser line: Initials B.C. Hey...I remember that guy, lol.
