Time Off

Tomorrow is the first day of.....

I am not going to the beach...

... because there will be seven zillion kids all over the place...

I am going to stay home and watch cute service techs, carpenters, electricians, and appliance dudes repair the ice maker and remodel the kitchen a bit...

...and while I'm waiting for the aforesaid individuals to show up and  to do their thing, I'm going to need something to work on.

Yes!  It's time to finish up the Civil War BOW....  I like crossing UFOs off my list!

  8. That civil war block quilt is amazing. I saw your block photos as you went but don't remember seeing it on your design wall.

  9. I'd love to have some kitchen remodeling done, but can't stand the thought of having service people all over - even cute ones.

Good luck on getting the Civil War quilt finished.

  10. Strangely enough the beaches over here are pretty quiet over the easter break. Looking forward to seeing your work on the civil war quilt.

  11. That's a great way to spend your springbreak, re-modeling your kitchen, and almost a new finish.
