Oh Dear!

Despite being careful and despite taking a photo and posting said photo.... it took an eagle-eyed friend to spot something funky in one of my JL blocks...

...so guess what I unsewed and resewed yesterday afternoon?

Thanks for the catch, Ellen!

  1. My DH always says I can't see for looking and he's right. I would have never seen that. Cute block!

  3. I don't think it is hard to have missed that. I think this sort of thing happens to many quilters, it has happened to me.

    Happy stitching

  10. I didn't see it either, great that it was caught before you had sewed it all up.

  11. I always catch these things AFTER the quilt is completed.

  12. Very pretty floral! I'm debating myself whether I would have unsewed though, and the jury is still out ;-)

  13. I am really enjoying the florals you are using. I have one in the pile that has that much white space, and I was wondering about using it. After seeing yours, I think I am going to. This mistake is one I made on my first block. So easy to get things turned around.
