...after all, it's spring break and I was cooking all weekend.
I'm doing a little remodeling in the kitchen, the first step of which is the removal of the double wall oven that is bordering on antique status... estimated age: 40 yrs old.
Mr. Gillespie and crew called about 8am to announce their imminent arrival and went to work. The double ovens were removed in no time.
No going back to sleep for me.... I am now waiting on the arrival of the electrician.
I hope everything goes as planned or you may just have to build a fire in that hole to do your cooking! : )
ReplyDeleteThe tearing out is always quicker and easier than the re-do. But I am sure it is going to be great in the end. Coffee always makes it better. enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteCan't do without coffee!!! How fun to have a new "do"!! Have a great week!!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting to get work done on your kitchen! I would love a new kitchen, but I fear I will have to live vicariously through yours.
ReplyDeleteOh, won't it be nice to have a new over--------they don't make them like that now, certainly not to last 40 years. Enjoy your spring break.
ReplyDeleteIt's all going to be so nice when it's finished. I love my coffee, too.
