More Little HSTs

In addition to the tan and plaid HSTs left over from the Smoky Mountain Stars quilt, I had a goodly handful of double plaid HSTs.

Can't throw those out so I sewed them all together!

Then sandwiched and quilted...

...and now I have a 12.5 square that I will turn into a pillow cover!

  2. I could see someone hugging that pillow while watching a scary movie. Real comfort in those plaids. Funny the ideas that pop into ones head just looking at a picture.

  8. Very cool! And I really like the way you quilted it. There's just something about plaid that I love...as a schoolgirl, I had a little plaid bookbag. And remember saying "madras" shorts? LOL.
