Camp Grandma

After lunch on a hot, humid summer day, it's craft time at Camp Grandma...

...and who knows what Grandma is going to come up with this time?

Is anything more fun than painting stuff?

And our favorite colors too!

We made mermaids!

If you'd like to make mermaids too, check out THIS SITE!

  4. So awesome. One of my dear friends has "Honey Camp" each summer with her grandbabies. (Her grandchildren call her "Honey"). It's one of those fun ideas I'm tucking away for future use. :)

  14. Oh you are such a great grandma! Those mermaids are adorable. Have you ever gone and bought plain flip flops and then let the girls cut strips of fabric and tie them on? I told a friend about this when she had a family of 6 kids coming over and apparently it was a hit.
I've missed you lady. I've kind of been absent from blogland...but I'm a comin' back.

  16. We called it Grandma Camp... that was a long time ago. Teens aren't that impressed.
You can screw into the head with an eye screw, and put on one of those key rings, and have a key holder and fob. (We made those in Sunday School one year when I was a teacher... more than 30 years ago.)
