In other news:  I'm still home, on new meds, and ordered to rest....   so there is time to surf the web.  My knee is so colorful that I took a photo...  however, I won't gross you out by posting it.

  2. Women fared much better in the wild west, didn't they?
Well, I guess we can be grateful you didn't "gross us out", but you have me curious about your colorful knee. : )
Hope you see swift improvement on your new meds.

  5. Freda, so sorry you are still "laid up", but sounds like rest is good for you now. So enjoy your surfing time!!I agree with Janet, that the women of the west were on the "cutting edge"! I'm from Wyoming which is the "Equality State" which was the first state to grant the right to women to vote in 1890!! Great history lesson!

    Blessings

  6. What a tumble you had.....I can not imagine what the knee looks like to keep you down this long. Rest is a good thing....but so boring. Ask me how I know ;) As so many said to me....one day at a time. Thinking of you and sending healing prayers.

  8. I wracked up a knee in high school. Didn't get it fixed for 20 years, after the invention of micro surgery. Felt great after that. Here's hoping you feel better much, much sooner!!!
