It's All Debbie J's Fault!


Canton Village Quilt Works started a year-long BOM in September.  Since I had so much going on, I resisted... I was so proud of myself!

Yesterday, I came across Debbie J's blog post at Angel Scraps Quilting where she shared her first two blocks for the BOM.

Yes!  That's right... Debbie chose to use holiday fabrics...  what a great idea!

Yes!  I do have some holiday fabrics tucked away in my stash.... 



BOM + already have fabrics = quilt for next Christmas!

Oh yes, indeedy... it's all Debbie J's fault that I'm starting yet another BOM!    That's my story and I'm sticking to it....

    I hope you can stick to it--all the way through 12 blocks. Then you will have a fun Christmas quilt and I will be watching. : )

    I have been saving the patterns, but haven't decided on fabric yet. I llike the Christmas quilt idea.

    I love your Christmas fabrics. The quilt will be gorgeous! I may need your encouragement next summer when its 100 degrees and I am making a Christmas block.

    Sure, it's Debbie's fault. If that works for you, you just go right ahead. it's so much easier to blame someone else than to admit you area quiltaholic!! Denial - not just a river in Egypt!
