I finished up the second doll night gown and so the granddaughters' Christmas gifts are done!
The flannels I used for both of the nightgowns were leftover fabric from making the granddaughters nightgowns in the past. I wonder if they will recognize it?
A gift that I still remember after all these years is a layette my mother made for my doll, using my old dresses, nightgowns, etc. I have a feeling your granddaughters will remember this forever.
Doesn't that feel good, to be done?
ReplyDeleteDo the granddaughters' nightgowns in these fabrics still fit them?
Oh my! I love the two doll nightgowns you made!
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better today.
I bet that they will. I also think that they will be so happy to get such a fun present from their Grandma.
ReplyDeleteThis is another cute one! I'm sure they will recognize the fabric, too. These are going to be such neat presents for them to get.
ReplyDeleteAnother cute doll nightgown. Great way to use up leftover fabric! Makes me wish I had a little girl to sew for.
ReplyDeleteAnother "Way to go Grannie"! Makes me smile.
